Ms. Spell has 20+ years of practical real world leadership experience across a wide spectrum of business disciplines. A USF graduate with a B.S. in Information Systems Management, as well as a certified mediator and facilitator, Billie has delivered workshops, seminars and webinars for PBWC(Professional BusinessWomen of California), SWE (Society of Women Engineers) and IIE (Institute of Industrial Engineers) and others. Billie has deep and broad business experience across many disciplines including software engineering, business process management, quality assurance and customer service.
