Arch of Leadership Programs

There are many ways our professional leader mentors can help you. We have designed our portfolio of programs to offer you a full range of professional, mentor-guided learning experiences and price points. You choose way that our executive leader mentoring process best suits your needs and resources. All Arch of Leadership programs use proprietary materials created specifically to professionally mentor aspiring leaders.  Our mentors have been selected through a vigorous screening process for their ability to change people’s lives in the most constructive and uplifting way and are fully certified in our unique curriculum.  Read more about the mentoring curriculum for aspiring leaders offered only by the Arch of Leadership.

Custom In-House Professional Mentoring Program

Our top-tier program, offered to those organizations that want to make professionally trained and experienced mentors available to their most promising executives. Each individual selected for the program receives highly individualized mentoring attention to their aspirations as leaders.

Eight months.  Eight private, confidential, individual, 90-minute sessions; one session per month.  Three or four group sessions for all participants. (The number of group sessions will depend on what your organization decides is necessary to achieve its objectives.)

This unique program has been used by world-leading organizations for more than 10 years to create cultures in which leaders step forward to take on the most difficult challenges.

Community Mentoring Program

Available where Arch of Leadership mentors have established on-going practices. A mid-priced program in which mentors from the community are trained in the Arch of Leadership mentoring method and then paired with a single mentee.  This program uses the same curriculum and group experiences as does the In-House Program.

 

Eight months.  Eight private, confidential, individual, 90-minute sessions; one session per month.  Three or four (organization chooses) group sessions for all participants.

 

This program has been in operation in Albuquerque, NM for 9 years, and is currently offered in Boston, MA.  Future programs are being planned in the San Jose, CA, Bay area.

Introductory Three-Day Group Program

Emphasizing peer mentoring, this intensive group experience is offered by a sponsoring organization, either for its in-house personnel or for mixed-organizational groups.  Between 20 – 50 participants at an off-site, residential location.  Important Arch of Leadership concepts are introduced to younger managers who are considering the life of leading. The program distinguishes leading from management operations and leader mentoring from management or executive coaching.

 

Mid-Tier pricing based on group size and location.

 

Two half days, two nights.  Mentor-guided experiences.  Live-in setting.  Lecture, discussion, group learning (indoor and outdoor) experiences are featured.

Three-Day Intensive Group Program

This mentor-guided focuses on the fundamental elements of the Arch of Leadership curriculum in a highly condensed and intensified workshop environment.  Professional mentors guide peers as they explore the life of leading together in order to build a firm foundation of the skills of character required of leaders.

 

Between 20 – 50 participants at an off-site, residential location.

Individual On-line “Leadership Difference” Program

Mentor-guided peer and group tutoring program that uses the Arch of Leadership curriculum to focus the aspiring leader on his or her most driving and significant values and goals.  Available world-wide to individuals who enroll in our learning communities.  Peer mentoring and group discussions are supervised and guided by an Arch of Leadership certified mentor. Learn what is most important to you, at your own pace, on your own schedule, in the privacy and security of your own home or office. Several communities begin each year.
