The mentors of the Arch of Leadership are carefully selected and then thoughtfully matched with our clients.
Each of our mentors have decades of business, organizational development, consulting and leadership experience. They speak to you from the heart of their experience. Although all of our mentors have advanced schooling and degrees, their work with you is not based on academic knowledge, applied by rote. They understand your experience, your goals, your challenges – in many cases having been in similar situations.
