 Mark Walch, Executive Director, New Directions Institute
Mark Walch is a licensed psychotherapist who has been involved in the Arch of Leadership program from the beginning. He has been working in the field of personal growth and education for over 30 years and has led thousands of people through experiential training and ropes courses around the world. Mr. Walch has worked with a wide variety of diverse groups including corporate executives, educators, mental health professionals, and youth of all ages. He has led management trainings and retreats around the country and taught with UNM Anderson School on the topic. Mr. Walch offers a unique perspective into leadership. His insight allows new perspectives to be discovered by the participants, usually through innovative program design and approaches. His use of experiential techniques and design bring fun and lightness to our program, which allows for deeper understanding of the issues and challenges as well as the opportunities available to the group Contact Mark Walch --> mwalch@archofleadership.com
