Michael Shenkman, Ph.D., is changing the way we look at leader development. His innovative approach concentrates on the life of leading, not on techniques. He developed The Arch of Leadership program based on extensive research and his varied experiences as a
leadership mentor. Shenkman has consulted with organizations on cultivating leaders for more than 20 years. He has authored four books: Leader Mentoring: Find, Inspire and Cultivate Great Leaders (to be released in Spring, 2008); The Strategic Heart, and Value and Strategy; The Arch and the Path: and The Life of Leading Greatly.

Bonnie Gorbaty helps people and companies change and grow. She combines her business knowledge and experience with an understanding of the behavioral sciences to assist executives in bringing about needed organizational growth and change to effectively implement their business strategy. In the course of her thirty years of business and consulting experience in both corporate and entrepreneurial organizations, her focus continues to be in the arena of strategic planning with an expertise in executive team facilitation, strategy implementation, executive coaching and leader mentoring, all with the goal of facilitating leadership, vision and results for her clients.Bonnie holds a B.S. from Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.A. from Lesley College.
